- star if I could. Horrible customer service. Waited 28 minutes for my order when i was told it would take 12 minutes. No explanations, no apologies, no nothing. It was hot in there too. Seemed like the ac unit wasn't working properly. Saw ants crawling on the wall and along the counter. Also found Lots of tiny bugs in the jars of rice that are in display.
Prefer to drive a bit further to the Murphy/Wilcrest location. They have great customer service, fast and friendly.

Recently remodeled and pretty efficient. Even before the remodel, management was understanding and quick to resolve issues. Example: On a Tuesday, a pretty busy day with the deals they have, we had ordered a bucket of chicken and found it was still raw in the middle. We went back, showed them, and spoke briefly with management. She handled it pretty well: apologized, corrected the cook staff with humor, had our order redone, and gave us a bunch of incentives to return. Fast, courteous, and simple.
