Served beef to Vegeterian(Hindu) and never acknowledged or apologized for serving wrong order, rather the manager arrogantly said "we are closing in 5 minutes, tell us what can we do"... finally when i insisted to talk to the chef, they admitted that they served us beef, I have never had meat in my life ...i asked for a Guacamole burger with blackbean patty ...they served us beef burger. Slowest service, arrogant staff... my past 2 visits to this place was great so i took it for granted and went their spoiled my evening. after complaining they adjusted the bill you can see it attached... is there anyone who is going to take any action or we stop coming to this place which is less than quarter mile from my house? Chilli's is my favourite place and great food but i dont want to stop eating there because of some wrong staff and management, these people should be answerable and removed from there.

I wish I could give this place a good review. I have seen the recent commercials. New and improved! We have gone back to our roots!, etc. etc. I was in town for the day and this location was close to where I was. I walked in and was seated. I waited over 15 minutes before someone came to talk to me. The waiter asked if I had been waiting long. I said, "yes." and the waiter apologized before asking if it was OK if he took the order for the people sitting behind me first. I told the waiter that I had been waiting longer, but he still wanted to take the order for the couple behind me. I told him to go ahead, that I was going to leave and he said, "OK, cool." The place was not busy and there really wasn't any excuse. Luckily, there are lots of places to eat in the same area.

Long wait even though we were already seated. Took over 20 minutes to get drinks. The Presidente Margarita was awful. I was told it's "on-tap" now & no longer made from scratch. They did replace my drink. The kiosk at the table didn't have a battery pack and when I asked for a replacement, I never received one. The table was dirty from the previous guests, when they came to clean off the table, the staff pushed the crumbs off onto my lap & seat. She left the old straw wrapper from previous guest. My boyfriend had to go up to the bar to get a straw for my drink replacement. Napkins appeared to be a commodity, with everyone in earshot asking for napkins. I also had to request napkins. I witnessed multiple staff standing around watching the football game on TV. I felt ignored by the staff. There was a menu for another restaurant tucked into the menus on the table. It sounded pretty good and I think I will give them a try. This is not my first bad experience at this Chili's location and I will not be returning. The management needs a complete overhaul. And the staff would benefit from some training in customer service.

Our corporate dietitian has identified which menu items meet our vegetarian standard. We define vegetarian items as containing no beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish or ingredients derived from animals (e.g., gelatin, chicken broth, animal rennet), but items may contain eggs or milk. Certain cheeses containing animal-derived rennet are NOT marked as vegetarian. Because we use shared fryers in our restaurants, fried foods are exposed to animal product during the cooking process (e.g., French Fries cooked in same oil as Chicken Crispers).

I was placed on hold for over 5m to place a to go order. I hung up & called back..order was taken right away. I was told it would be ready in 25m. I arrived about that time. I wasn't greeted or approached for a few minutes. When I finally was approached, (after giving my name) I was quickly told , my order wasn't ready. The bartender then just walked away---did not offer me a beverage. An offer of a glass of water on a hot day would have been nice touch. It is now 45m since I placed my order...20m since I arrived...no update & still no offer of anything while I wait. However I was given my bill. There is also a stench of dirty mop or towel hanging in the air. Chili's food is consistently decent but the service on this to go order/from the bartender is horrible. Never again.

Your policy says: Your vegeterian items contain no meat, why did you serve us beef?

Never again. Slowest service of my entire life. Over the course of 3 hours, I was served two beers, an appetizer, and a burger to go. At the bar, which at no time had more than 6 people sitting. If it hadn't been for the fact that I didn't want to leave during the football game I came to watch, there's no way I would have stayed beyond the first half hour. I had hoped it would get better, but it only got worse. More than once, I did not see the bartender for over 30 minutes. I also saw him in the back on his phone multiple times. They are lucky I stayed long enough to pay the tab.
