I bought butchers bone smoked ham bone for my dog and other grocery stuff. A woman who was working at the cash register is called Loretta, and there was a young man who was putting the items in the bag. I told him to put it in a separate bag. I thought he put all my stuff in the kart and I put my stuff in my car and drove home. Right after I came home , I wanted to give my dog her bone where I couldn't find it. I looked it in each of my shopping bags and in the car again and again. I went back to the store and the teenage who helped me kept saying that he put it in the bag. Loretta had any effort to help me. This kind of things happened 3 times in a row to me. After I go home, i can't find my stuff. 2 times they found it on the counter. I will never come to this place anymore. No manner at all. These teenage boys need to be trained properly. It is not about the thing is cheap or expensive but I bought it because I needed it. It such an awful feeling. And yet NO SORRY WORD AT ALL.
Traditional HEB (not the larger HEB Plus with all the extras). The store is clean and well stocked. The produce department is extensive with a lot of variety. Staff is friendly and checkout is usually quick. Expect moderate to heavy crowds except early mornings.
Excellent place to shop. Clean, young and attentive staff. A company that supports diversity and hires and train many young African Americans. An excellent place to shop.
Good place to shop , good prices , friendly cashier and sackers . Too many displays in the isles can make it hard to navigate when crowded
