Good stuff. Affordable. Only 4 mins from my Home. I am given a lot help there. It is clean and is well managed. Staff is friendly. I get escorted help to load my Truck. Young and eager male staff. Female staff sometimes can be a little distant. The boys who come to help me out get some Tips and like to chat. I like that as I feel respected. They arrange my groceries well.
Perishables are loaded after the non-perishables are loaded. I have lived in this Area for more than 11 years. ❤️

Only reason HEB does not get 5 stars is not the buisness itself it's the staff most of them are unknowledgeable of where items are located especially if it's not within certain sections. The only gentleman who has shown to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful is an older guy named Bruce who works at that location he is awesome other than him most of the others can't wait to get you out their face to do other things.
I would like to recognize Lizzie that works as a HEB Curbside Customer Service Representative. I was a little irritated due to the wait time I endured to aquire my groceries; however, Lizzie spoke to me and mitigated the situation immediately. Lizzie listened to my concerns, provided solutions, and valued my suggestions. She was professional and her customer service was excellent. She is the only reason I am giving my review a five star rating. And here is the kicker, I happened to be on the phone with another HEB store manager (my mother-in-law) while Lizzie mitigated my concern and that manager gave her high praises. Customer service is vital to me especially when I'm paying for a service. There is a level of customer service I expect as an loyal HEB customer and Lizzie went above and beyond. Thanks!
