I had a wonderful experience. It was the little things that made for a relaxing time at the dentist office. The movies that they have playing on the TV screen kept my mind off the anxiety. Dr. Cao's gentle hands made the experience pain free! He knew how to give me a peace of mind. Very calming. Everyone on staff were knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. I found a new dentist for life!
My experience was wonderful. Every person in that is very warm and professional. I had a very bad experience at another dental office. However, switching dentist was the best decision I made. Dr. Thompson is the best.
This office is GREAT! Dr. Cao is so friendly and the staff knew everything about my insurance. The hygienist had a very gentle touch and the prices were affordable! Highly recommend!
I normally don't write reviews, but I am so upset that I feel I have to. I went to Sienna and they told me I needed a root canal and crowns. I have Care Credit so I agree to the suggested plan. The person that did the root canal was phenomenal. Less than a year goes by and my crown fell off. I went to the office, there were new dentist there now, and she informed me that the crown had a little chip on the bottom and that is why it came off. OK! I can understand that. They informed me that it would be replaced for free. Great! She put in the new crown and told me it might feel a little rough at first. It felt horrible. Very rough. I went to another dentist since I was not happy with this one. She informed me that the other crowns that Sienna had done will all need to be replaced because the were not seated properly and could get infected. I do not have that kind of money. Then a piece broke off of the crown that Sienna replaced and it shortly just crumbled away until all I had was the build up left. I don't have the money to replace it with another dentist and will probably have to have it filled. I understand that dentistry is expensive, but if I pay for it, I expect to get the proper care that is warranted.
