Dr.Sanchez is so great with children and her staff are always friendly and welcoming. Their schedule is very flexible. I've been bringing my children here for about 10 years now, and they love it too.
My daughter has been coming here since she was 2 (she's 10 now) and she loves coming here to this day!!! Always greeted in a welcoming manner and Dr. Sanchez is an amazing dentist!!!
I took my daughter here because I was Reffered by her original dentist because she needed to be put to sleep for a check up because she is epileptic and I repeatedly told them this and they still wouldn't listen they held my daughter down for xrays when I told them not to and held her down for a tooth cleaning when I told them not to now I can't even brush my daughters teeth because she fights me because of them holding her down when I repeatedly told them they had to put her to sleep and after all this holding her down they said they couldn't help me because she needed to be put to sleep!!!! After I already told them so many times that this had to be done.
If I could give NO STARS I would. We've had awesome experiences in the past but today negates all of that! My three year old and I waited over 1.5 hrs before having to leave without being seen. The staff made very mild attempts to stall but mostly just tried not to make eye contact or explain where Dr Sanchez was. After waiting over an hour and asking several staff members how long the wait would be they told me "She's in the treatment room and will be out now." I waited with my now upset 3yr old an additional 30 min for Dr. Sanchez to come out, walk past us, not say a word and begin an exam on a patient that had been waiting 30 min tops. Her staff tried to usher her over to us and she gave a rude look and ignored them. I'm flabbergasted. Never going back.
The place is clean the staff is friendly the service is ok. I did not like being separated from my child. I thought it was an ackward request. I do not mind paying but I found it odd that after we pay we leave we get a bill. 3 separate visits followed by a letter in the mail. (We have Aetna, and Cigna, we paid, and we still got a bill in the mail.) I think the billing department might need to slow down. A better communication can avoid unnecessary frustrations in trying to figure out billing questions.
