I have been coming to this auto shop for a few years now. I initially came because I had a coupon. The service and courteous staff is what kept me coming long after the discounted oil change. What I love is they inform you about everything that needs to be done before commencing the work. Their prices are competitive and they complete the work in a very timely manner. Eight years and 3 vehicles later, I'm still a valued and appreciated customer by the staff.
GREAT STAFF AND GREAT SERVICE
I went in this morning because I had a coupon for a free oil change. The first Meineke shop I went to refused to honor the coupon, so I drove to the next closest shop. I arrived at 8:15 and the doors were locked and no one was there. There were two signs, one advertising an opening time of 7:30 (the newer, more official looking version posted on the door) and a second advertising an opening time of 8:00 (old looking sign in a window about 10 feet from the door). I decided to wait a few minutes since I'd already driven about 20 minutes to get there. The employee arrived about 8:30 or so. He was complaining that he got a call to show up early at the shop and that he was all alone this morning. Obviouisly there had been some sort of scheduling issue. He did honor the coupon, but said there would be a $9.50 shop fee, which seemed excessive and was more than the shop fee explicitly posted on their wall ($6.99). However, I needed an oil change, had driven a while, and it was still cheaper that what I would normally pay, so I agree to pay it. Thankfully they were quick as I was the first person there. I left and went to fill up the gas just down the road. On a lark, I thought to check the oil filter to make sure they had changed it. Of course, they hadn't changed it (the coupon specifically says the filter was included). I've attached a picture of the old filter still attached. They also didn't reset the oil change reminder on the dash. I'm not sure they changed the oil at all. Needless to say, I won't be back there again and wouldn't recommend Meineke in general after my experience this morning.
I’ve waited couple hours just for break pad replacement. Worst customer satisfaction. It was my first and last visit.

Went to this location to get my Catalytic Converter done.. it took them about 2 hours to complete as soon as I started driving my car it was making a loud noise like roaring so the next day I took it back the guy said he forgot to weld down one side.. I was like ok a week later my check engine light came on took it to Orielly to get the code it was the catalytic converter so I took it back to them it didn't tell me what was wrong he just said it was my fault.. get in the car again I'm hearing the roaring noise when I put it in reverse I took it back the same day and he said it's suppose to make a noise so I called the manager he said bring it back i will look at it.. he said it was missing a latch he fixed that but my car is still making a noise that it did not make when I brought it to them. Good customer service but POOR WORK..
