My experience was not a good one. I was misdiagnosed and quoted $3,500 for issues that were not pertinent. I needed 4 new tires and I had to find out from another tire shop. They charged me $49 to diagnose (incorrectly) which no other shops do (no other autocheck does this)
5=Great. Nothiing but great experience. They really take care of their customers. I will continue to take both of my car's to Auto check. I get great service and they have always taken good care of me. Employees are very friendly and professional. Great manager!!. I wouldn't take my car's any other place as they do a fantastic job on my vehicles.

I ended up taking my car to different Auto Check instead and paid for an alignment and scheduled rear brakes, totalling $268, $3232 less than Auto Check Missouri City.

I rate it a 5. This was my first time at Auto Check and it was a very positive one. My car was assessed very timely and the work done accurately. I found the shop to be very clean and organized which is something I look for. Also I was offered a ride to and from work which was extremely generous and your driver Mike was extremely delightful. I'm sure I will be bringing my car back there for any future maintenance.
Mike the guy who drives the shuttle however, was wonderful! Courteous, helpful and professional. He was a delight to drive with.
