The BEST thing about the PetSmart in Missouri City is Kathrine Tilghman also known as KT who is a dog trainer there. We enrolled in training classes for our rescue puppy and KT helped him immensely. She genuinely loves what she does!! A true dog lover!! I truly recommend her to anyone with a dog/puppy.
New to Houston but have been a loooong time customer. Often no one on the floor to help customers, and when there is, they don't have the ability or care to help. Now I go to PetCo where the staff is helpful and the prices are lower...
Every time I I shop at this location I get excellent service . The staff is great , they always love on my pet .

We used PetSmart to help train and socialize our rescue puppy. Our trainer Katy was able to give excellent advise on what types of training and exercises might work best for our rambunctious dog. At the begging of our training our pup would growl and snarl at the other dogs, but by the end she was excited and playing!!! I would recommend Katy to anyone who is trying to teach their dog some basic commands or to have their dog put through the more complex and impressive intermediate / advanced training.
