I went to this store and spoke to the manager about donating something for the silent auction for the Missouir City Police and Fire Auxilliary Benefit scheduled for April 28th. The purpose of the benefit was to raise funds for the Police and Fire departments so they could purchase items thay needed that they didn't have money in their budget for. I went back a week or two later and again spoke to the manager who told me she would call me when she had something for me. Now it is after the benefit has occured and the manager never called me. So, everyone that shops there should know that this business does NOT support the police and fire departments in the town where it gets its customers from and where if they ever have a fire or a crime committed in their store, the fire and or police will respond to help them. This is most poorly run Hallmark store I have ever been in and wasted my time by having me think that they would ever donate anything for the benefit of the Police and Fire departments of Missouri City. If I could have given them a lower rating than one star, I would have done so.

All in all my trip here for Christmas cards and small gifts was a success, but I was actually unimpressed with the single isle, and what I consider a rather small selection, of Christmas cards. Basically I was only able to find 1 card I liked enough to buy for my wife and mother... one card is of course enough, but I'd really like a much bigger selection to choose from. Disappointed, Hallmark! The snowman mug was cute and affordable.
