BE CAREFUL when they offer you the $10/mon offer, it's fake. Basically you paying $10 to keep an account with them, once you want to cancel, they'll charge you $33 again, then cancel it. The reason is even more ridiculous, "they don't have the access to the frozen account" you have to reactive the account first in order for them to cancel your account.
Go LA fitness or 24 hours or any other companies, more reliable.
The managers are the only personal can cancel your account and they are not in there half of the time. no phone cancellations, no writing cancellations.
LOVE this gym! I never have to wait in line to use equipment & I love that! I just feel really comfortable here. Staff is super friendly and helpful!
Go somewhere else, the 30 days cancellation policy is ridiculous. You have to pay one more month even not using the gym.
Never too busy to get a good work out in here.
