Noticing but nice welcoming people when I come in. Haven't had a problem and since they opened so close to my house , the continence is phenomenal !
On the other had the ATM outside sucks cause it has been down for the past two days ugh.... it's a huge inconvenience.
Customer service is not good. I was asked to check-in, I did that and took a seat. Then a Spanish speaking customer came in was not asked to check-in and the representative began helping him while I sat there waiting. They really need to require everyone to check-in, since it appears that they are taking preference for certain customers.
Great place and I have had a few problems however it's good business when they solve the issue.
