ZERO STARS. I ony clicked 1 star so I can post my comment. Horrible Service!!!! I had 2 loans wth OMF. I paid off 1 loan with $2000 balance. The $2000 was applied to the 2nd loan with a $16000 balance and I received papers for the $16000 loan showing PAID-IN-FULL. Also I did not receive my vehicle title back on the $2000 loan. Also do not bother with the disability insurance from Triton. It was never explained to me that they only pay unemployment benefits for 18 months total. The way it was explained to me when I purchased the insurance was that they pay benefits for 18 months per claim. That is not the case. They only pay 18 months total. So if you have a claim for say 5 months then find employment and if you are unemployed again, then you only have 13 months of benefits remaining. Also the insurance payments are supposed to be for your monthly payments. However when OMF receives a payment from Triton, they apply 1 monthly payment and the rest to interest. Triton is another issue. They try to find every reason not to pay your claim. This has been the the most GOD awful experience of my life. When I pay off the $16000 loan, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH OMF AGAIN NOR WILL I BE REFERRING ANYONE TO THEM. I have told everyone I know about this experience.
