I had an awful customer service experience at a Sprint Authorized retailer in Memorial City mall. I went in this store to find out what my options were if decided to cancel my services and move back to my original provider.
The staff here was very knowledgeable and kind. It did take a long time to get what I needed but I think that is very common for this type of business. I walked away with exactly what I needed, and was super happy all in all.
I always use the store in Pearland, but this is 5 minutes away from my home so even though I didn't have a good feeling I went to this store and the gentleman was nice, but it took him about 2hrs to get everything done. What makes me very upset is that he lost all my photos and all my videos even when I told him I didn't care about my contact what was very important to me were my photos. I lost my babies monthly pictures and first birthday I will never go here again and will end my contract with sprint.
Recently visited this sprint store off highway 6 and was highly disappointed. In fact this is my first 1 star that I have given so far. The black guy with a scruffy beard kinda heavy set was beyond passive and dismissed most of my concerns. Like keeping my number and transferring the apps from my old phone to the new one I just purchased. Furthermore he seemed like he simply did not want to work and was not excited to be there. When I asked could he change my number to something different once again the answer was no. And told me to call sprint technical support. Despite his poor attitude I remained collected as I was ready for the experience to be over! However the next day I went to another sprint location and they were able to transfer my apps and change my number! Needless to say if you are in the Missouri City area make the extra 5-10 minute drive to visit another sprint location if you want quality service.
My second visit was just a few days after my original visit and this time I was assisted by Lakhani who is the store manager. Once again the service was phenomenal and the store has my business for ever!
I was helped by Joel who was extremely courteous and friendly. He explained to me each and every detail and I ended up staying with Sprint!
