If you like to be ripped off, this is the prefect place for you. So I went to this place yesterday, they have Brother L2315 printer “on sale” for $119.99. And they the high yield tone for $78, something like that. Guess what, I find exact same printer at Walmart(which is less than a mile away) for $89.99, and it’s not even on sale. I also find the same tone sale at Best Buy for $53.99. Great Job! Office Depot, for ripping people off!
This visit reminds me why I started doing online shopping. Workers that don't know where items are, checkout clerks that are not trained. A 5 minute trip extended to 20.
I initially encountered a very unpleasant ordeal that my online order wasn't received. However, I received a confirmation email immediately after placing my order. I spoke to the manager, Ms. Sharon who worked through my issue and was committed to getting my order printed for me. The order was for our Miss Black Houston Queen to give out her comp cards and we needed them for Saturday morning. More drama continued when I got to store and my order was incorrect, thanks to Ms. Sharon, she assured me that I could pick up my order at 9 a.m. because they will set machine to complete the order. Satisfied customer!!!

Trying to exchange a $4.19 bag of rubber bands took over 30 minutes two cashiers couldn't get their registers to work. Manager on duty stood watching doing nothing to help as line grew longer and longer. Finally they just did the common sense fix of ringing up the rubber bands I DID want and taking amount to zero. Second visit this week and poor organization as well as workers just standing around not offering to help.
