I would have given ni stars if possible. Never go here. The employee "Mila" 1st she double charged us and then blamed us for her mistake because she didn't read the online confirmation and then said she couldn't reverse it and had to call someone to help us correct the problem ourselves. Had the nerve to argue because she didn't read and she didnt even know what the rental hold amount was for the card we were using. Point is the place is not professional and the computers are always down.

Plus, they did not follow through their commitment. Two weeks prior, we made a reservation for a 7-seater vehicle. When we came to pick up our car, this rude employee gave us a 5-seater for the same reservation (same price). So we had to drive 2.5 hours to the airport to exchange this 5-seater for a 7-seater mini van (which was our original reservation).
Great place and nice people! Upgraded my rental, when my original rental wasnt ready. Alway going rent from this place. Allday everyday!
Reservation was at 9:00 am, it is 9:15 still waiting. The receptionist was not even looking at the customers, welcoming them. Construction going on. A person who came after me got his car. They did not even inspect the car with me. I did not sign the inspection form.
The employee we met was extremely rude. Very disappointed by the way we were treated by this employee.
