Never been to a bank where the customer service rep. didn't speak upon me walking in. Not friendly. VERY WEIRD energy. Trying out Blodgett. Don't talk to the girl with the black hair. Just handle your business.

Love this bank because the worker have been bankers for years(no question that they can't answer) and customer service is amazing!
Overall they're just "not with the times". Also, there are way too many fees. I'll stick with my credit union.
Way to many bank fees, they are behind as far as technology (no ability to take pictures of checks to deposit, app and website looks outdated.
