Just now I had to go to this bank because the one near my house was not accepting cash deposits. This ATM on the outside was rebooting and had the Windows logo screen up but I was able to go inside and do a cash deposit.

Very poor customer service. Only one business banker. Waited for more than 40 minutes while the banker is not serving any other customers. Had to left and headed directly to WellsFargo. No more Chase.
