The staff is friendly. I've rented two units and haven't had any complaints. Whenever I reported a problem with a door it was a addresses and taken care of very fast. I like the convenience and security of the facility. The lot is well kept and clean and the prices are affordable. I'll continue to rent here.
I went to view a storage unit at the American Storage facility on 1092 Murphy Road in Missouri City, TX, and found it to be clean and staff was very professional and informative. I previously visited two other storage facilities in the area, and I will return in a couple to rent a unit from American Storage. Thank you!
