Took my nieces Shiatsu (Mr Butters) there once before and loved the results. So I went back a second time, but forgot how much the cost of the cut was. When i got there I was 5 dollars short. Would have gladly ran three doors down to the corner store atm to get the rest, but Brian said, "just bring it by on your next visit". He's got a customer for life.
This place shaved my dogs ear tip completely OFF! That's how close and low this place trims for a SUMMER CUT! I wish I could give ZERO stars for this disgrace of a business. I should have listened to my first mind when one of the guys didn't even bother to look at my dogs shot records. Talk about not giving a rats ***. $49 dollars to disfigure my dogs ear for LIFE. Please DO NOT help support this business in torturing your pets. Take this review in consideration.

After being rejected from several groomers, and even being advised to put my dog down, I drove in from downtown. My dog was abused in his past and had lots of defensive aggression issues. I explained Riley's habits and Brian said, "Oh, I got his number!" For the next 11 years Brian and his staff were patient and forgiving of my baby as he learned to trust. I will say, sometimes his hair was cut too short, especially around his private parts, and he would be uncomfortable for weeks. So this is an area that can be improved. Still, Brian gave Riley a chance when all others were done with his antics.
