Just had an amazing Five Guy's experience. Kudos to staff and management. Nice and clean, great vibe, excellent service. I had an issue with my order that was my fault and took care of it graciously. Thank you Five Guy's!
They didn’t open when they were suppose to. They opened 30 minutes after they were suppose and I was waiting outside for 20 minutes and they didn’t say anything until I knocked on the window! If I could give them zero stars I would.

I cannot say enough about an act of kindness to me tonight by the girl who took my order (Nisha) and the manager Alexis. When you think good old fashioned customer service is gone, these employees know the meaning of true kindness. You made my day!
Imagine if someone made a decent burger and then decided to pour water over it. There is a neat trick to avoid turning the buns into mush that most restaurants have managed ti figure out which is to toast the buns prior to placing things on it. Also $7 for a burger? Just go to Tornado Burger. If this is your preferred location, what are you doing with your life?
