First off, they do horrible job. Lost buttons, stains not removed. Their quality has gone way down hill. If I could give zero stars I would. Went in there today. Every single one of the four ladies working there were rude and carrying a very negative attitude and vibe. Turned around with the items I brought in and told them I was taking my business elsewhere. They could not have cared less. With a business run this way, they won't and shouldn't be there long. Will never go back and will always suggest to others they not use them either. Too many other choices.

I put three pieces of clothing there to be cleaned and got them back with the same odor and stains that I put them in there with and for. My mistake not checking them bff before I left cleaners. One dress belong to my mother who is in a retirement home so I had to dress back to her home check her dress which still haf the stain on it. Owner refused to give refund 8.00 dollars. Losing business for 8.00 dollars. One star rate is very generous, my first and last time to go to this place. Owner need to change, fire this incompetent worker, very rude, I don't have any issues w/ any kind of people bec. I'm also an immigrant, you go to this place and nobody say hi, I greeted and tell them I'm here for pick up, everyone's ignoring me , so I say excused me and everyone still continue their Spanish conversation, they thought I don't understand Spanish, they r talking about how my eyes look and start laughing, the lady who is looking for my name suddenly say we don't have that name , had to spell my name and still say, we don't have it, I have to look what letter she is checking and instead of B she is looking for V, when I told her its B as in BOY, start saying bad words in Spanish. I may look Chinese but I can understand Spanish. You can't treat people like this. Got home and the more I got upset dry clean clothes doesn't even look right. Owner please do something. Customer please Don't go to this place of business.
Service borders on rude, if they are talking to each other when you walk in, they completely ignore you. We've been taking our clothes there for about a year, even though the pressing job usually left a lot to be desired and they never treated the collars, simply because they were close by and the price was right. We took my black dress and a gray dress that I'd worn for a wedding, in after a funeral and when we realized almost a month later that we had never gotten them back they said oh we donated it a week ago. No one ever called to remind us they were there, then she proceeded to tell me it was my fault.I guess it was for using them in the first place. Don't go there.
