Bought ring had it sized when I received it less than a week the diamond fell out I was very upset. The manager did everything she could to calm me down and I got the ring back in one week and I haven't had any problems since. I loved my experience with this location.

We selected the ring we both decided on and actually found a wedding band for my husband-to-be at a phenomenal price! The prices are great and the rings are good quality. I recommend asking for Amber if you decide to shop at the Missouri city location. I manage a jewelry store and wish all of my salespeople were like her.
