I'd admit it. I hate paying for auto insurance. When I went to see Mrs. Monica Miller about some liability insurance, I was really blown away by the customer service off the back. Her office staff is really amazing. I've been in other offices but none were cool like this. It was very relaxing. They sat me down and explained to me about insurance rates and how prices are determined. They explained clearly to me about coverages and everything. I've never had an agent do that before. I left with full coverage on my vehicle! Going back next week to get my life insurance. This place rocks!
I was referred to this Allstate office by a friend, when i got here ,the agent Mrs Monica really took care of me. She did a bundle and it saved me about $300 a year. Im telling you! No one else can beat that. Trust me.! she was so nice and helpful. The staff is great.
