Not impessessed with the customer service offered at this location. My experince is the staff need more customer service training. I would not recommned this care group.
The primary care doctor Dr Rajan was very good, has lot of patience and had good knowledge but i give 1 star because when you go to a clinic along with the doctor there are other things that needs to be considered.
2. I called in two times regarding the damaged veins which was their mistake and talked with someone who said i would get a call back but No call till now. No response even after 2 days.
Dr. Ashaye is awesome doctor, she listen carefully and take very good care of me. Her MA Alex she is very great Medical assistant, she always smiling
I had blood drawn at their lab on Thursday 12/29/2016, the lab technician tried to take blood at three places on right arm at center, left arm at center and on left wrist. the blood drawn on left arm are both swollen and she removed the needle as the swelling was getting too bad. She told me use hot and cold compresses which i did. Even after 5 days the pain did not go off and also i had a large bruise green and purple red in color and hurts the whole left hand. So i called the office on Tuesday 01/03 and talked about this issue and since it was mistake of the lab technician doing the blood work i said i will need that to be addressed asap as i am having hard time with the hand. there was no response until afternoon and i called back, talked with another lady and she said someone will call me. No one called me till now Thursday 01/05 regarding this, I never had issues with blood drawn.
1. blood was not drawn properly by the lab technician.
I attempted to establish primary care with Dr. Adeyola Ashaye and did not have a good experience. She is a nice person, but I cannot recommend this MD as her approach is way too conservative, and she prefers to refer EVERYTHING out to a specialist. If you have time and money to run all over town to see specialists for simple conditions which are easily managed by a primary doctor, then great. My physical exam was bare bones. Worst of all she refuses to renew a safe medication that I had great results with for my condition - so VERY FRUSTRATING. Thus, I am attempting to establish care elsewhere and cannot report that I was satisfied with my experience at all. A complete waste of time. I work in the healthcare industry and expected more.
The bruise is still there after 1 week and the hand still hurts. I don't recommend going there and there are better clinics around.
