It provides basic goods (though HD prices are better). Do NOT, however, order appliances here. Delivery screws up every order. Charged a dryer. Got no call. Called them. Spent about 2 hours holding during 5 different phone calls. Was told AJ, the manager would call me back. He decided to go to lunch rather than call me. I managed to catch him on his return. He didn't apologize or offer anything, just "IT must have screwed up - I ave no record of a purchase or manifest." Yet he was able to find it by looking up the order/invoice number... he assures me the charge won't go trough... sure... got a better deal at HD.

We did our kitchen through them this past summer. The contractors I lined up were better. The backsplash guys needed to redo it twice. The counter guys had pieces cut wrong and needed me to correct them on the sink. And they were a week behind the schedule they gave me. The cabinet guys LOST our corner cabinet. Luckily, the woman who designed for me transferred to the Rosenberg store. THEY credited us for the cabinet - though our kitchen was still 2 weeks delayed.
If I could give them zero stars, I would! Do NOT buy appliances from this store. We bought a dryer on 9/17/17. It was back ordered until 9/24. We're only available for delivery on Fridays and some weekend days so we set up delivery for 9/29. When we didn't get a call about the delivery time, we called the number we were given on 9/29. I was on hold for 20 minutes while they tried to find the record, then was told that the dryer wasn't put on the schedule so it couldn't be delivered that day. The next day we were available was 10/1 so it was scheduled for that day. When we didn't get a call about the delivery time, I called them at 9:00pm on 9/30. Again, I waited on hold for 20 minutes while they tried to find our order and was told that the trucking company said it would be delivered between 10:00 and 12:00. It didn't come. I called the store several times, waiting on hold every time as they had trouble finding the order then drove to the store where I spoke with the store manager, Stiles. He showed me a signed form that showed the dryer was placed on the truck that morning. He said he would call me with an updated delivery time but never did. I called back to the store 2 hours later only to find that the manager had left for the day. The assistant manager gave me the trucking company's phone number who told me that the store had cancelled the delivery that morning. The assistant manager said he would call the trucking company and call me back. Guess what? He didn't! We ended up cancelling the sale and buying the same dryer, at the same price from Best Buy.
Unreliable Lowe's location. 3 times in a row they put the wrong item in the spot of item I am actually looking for where it. Employees then say it's out of stock and don't try much to help you. I've asked them to check their system because their online site says they have it in stock. They check in front of me and shows they have it in stock, but claim it's system error. Didn't do much more to help me afterwards and left me standing around. Won't ever be coming back to this location.
There may be an employee or two there that are competent at their jobs, good luck finding them.
