Took my son to see Dr Shade Moody and she was amazing! She was thourough and answered all our questions and really took the time to find out what was going on with my son instead of just disregarding his symptoms. Thanks to her we are finally on the path to figuring out what is going on with my little man. The nurses and office staff are also great everyone here is caring and patient.highly recommend
I took my son to do a physical and the doctor was concerned with his blood pressure and wanted him to come back to follow up in a week by only having his blood pressure checked. Well I asked the receptionist will I be charged to have an office visit and she indicated no. So as any mom would do I took him back just to have his blood pressure checked. I didn't talk to a doctor nor say too much too the nurse that took his pressure besides "its fine". Needless to say after back and forth with their office (for 7 plus months) and billing I was stuck paying $25 for what they called a nurses visit. I am upset because I clearly asked if their would be a charge and I was told no. So needless to say I was charge $25 for something I could have done free myself. The office manager Natisha was very helpful and understanding about the situation but she had no authority to waive it. I appreciate her help on it but I will never return to this office due to the fact I was misinformed by their office reps and they don't hold them accountable.
Dr. Neal Shah, Endocrinologist is phenomenal! I saw about 10 different drs in a 6 month period and he had the best bedside manner as well as seemed to be the most knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for his patients' care. I have recommended him to several others and will continue to refer my friends and family to him when necessary.
Dr. Moody and Dr Memon are very theral when it comes to any concerns and are great listeners when it comes to the care of my son they work hand and hand with one another that's one of the perks of two of his doctors being in the same office.
I’m a health professional and I completely disagree with the general public being allowed to review other health professionals online BUT I would like to mention how much my wife and I appreciate Dr. Yousefi and the time she gives when we need her. Medicine is a challenging science and I think Primary Care physicians have it the hardest since they have to know as much as they can about everything! Dr. Yousefi is thoughtful, competent and doesn’t like to leave any stones unturned. Just want everyone to know how much we appreciate her.
