My car was washed fine and they offered to wash again if needed at no cost and it was not busy at all! .However my car battery died (my fault battery acid all over). Not only did they try to jump my car in the heat for an hour, they cleaned my battery terminals tried different methods to get it up and running by bring their employees car and mobile chargers. At the end I offered to tip 30.00 the tip was refused. They only asked if I be a loyal customer after going through all of that for me. Customer Service at it's finest, and good hearted folks that work there! Thank you!
Had a small scuff on the back of my car but didn't notice until I got home. Called them and they told me to bring car back with no fuss or blame game. George was quick to try to fix the issue. Have to look really hard to see the issue. Great serve and even better Custer service. Unlike other places were that are quick to deny responsibility and play the blame game here took care of the issue.
Couple Months back, I took my BMW M5 for a full detail, with machine buff. Paid ~$240.
Good place and good guys to rely on to keep your car clean. One thing that I don't like is that if you are a monthly member, they don't shine your tires or if you want to use it by yourself, you are barred from using it. They can do a better job of wiping down the glasses.
Very poor job, windows , windshield from inside didn't clean. When I come and pick up the car, found white dust all over, so asked the cleaner what's that, he said sorry it was waxing dust from the car next to you . So they came below off with the blower. When I got home Dust was still there, so next day I took my car again and complain to the Manager. The whole time he was arguing but nicely that it's not their fault because they don't use that kind a material and blah blah.... issue is he should have atleast once apologize but none and he could have offered me couple complimentary car washes to show me the customer service and retained me as a customer. I have 3 cars and used to take all three cars twice a month but after incident that was my last car wash .
